What happens when i pass the due date for payment?

When a client is behind payment date, the client is free to pay off all outstanding payment, and a10% on actual price will be charged as penalty.

Why do you charge high in terms of Infrastructure?

Considering the quality infrastructure, visible on ground, which is an evidence of ensuring that the payment made is judiciously used in order to suite the highest standard. In addition, its includes survey and you don't have to worry about "OMONILE"  

Why are your properties expensive?

We sell value, and not just a property, it is advisable to pay once and forget about worrying on government takeover or any other issues related to Landed Properties. 

Do you give instant Allocation? 

We offer instant allocations only upon readiness to build. Our estates development starts from the entrance gate and we would not want clients whom are ready to build to be allocated side by side  with client that has zero intention to develop their lands - it makes the estate more organized.

Do you charge for inspections?

We do not charge for site inspections. Kindly report any staff asking for inspection fee.

Why do you charge caution deposit for shortlet?

We charge caution fees on our shortlet apartment in order to replace any damages done by the client.  

what is the maximum payment duration on landed property?

You can pay for our landed properties for up-to 48 months (4 yrs)
